The County Argles Brealey Greensome was played at The Shropshire Golf Club. The weather was fantastic which resulted in some excellent scores.
The winning team of Susan Field and Ann Mountford (The Shropshire) romped home with an amazing 45 points – picking up the Argles/Brealey Salvers.
Runners-up with a stunning 42 points were Vanessa Statham and Joy Foster (Bridgnorth):
3rd – Debra Davis & May Kendall ( The Shropshire) – 40 pts ( on back 9):
4th – Sandra Tranter and Joanne Albert (The Shropshire) also with 40 points:
5th – Carol Bailey and Jill Amos ( Shifnal ) – 39 points:
6th – Barbara Stallard & Norma Sadler ( The Shropshire ) – 38 points.
