SLCGA GOLF DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK

As well as getting Ladies and young people into golf this framework is also a response to the post Covid landscape which will see more and more people, from a diverse range of backgrounds, wishing to engage in sporting activity and the outdoors.

The links below are intended to assist clubs to provide ideas to help grow and develop their ladies and junior sections using and adapting this framework in line with their own club development process. Feedback to the SLCGA County Development Group on any element implemented or adopted would be welcomed, particularly on what has worked well or could be improved to update this framework document for other users.
