Three Counties met to play out a Senior Mixed Tri-Match at Mile End GC on Tuesday 15th July. The format was a mixed 4BBB based on the best five scores from six for each county. The scores were: Herefordshire 197 points; Shropshire 189 points; Worcestershire 172 points.
The top four scores were:
Roger Griffiths & Carol Gardner (Herefordshire) 43 points
Terry Webb & Pauline Webb (Herefordshire) 41 points
Mike Privett & Lesley Tarbutt (Herefordshire) 41 points
Damian Magill & Sue Nichols (Shropshire) 40 points
The weather on the day was miserable. It must have rained for at least 50% of the time. Although the club is going through a significant change, Mile End was able to prepare the course to provide a suitable challenge and we thank them for their hospitality.
