Update:- Unfortunately we lost against Derbyshire 2-3 on the final morning which left us in 2nd place at the end of the competition and runners up for the second year running. Congratulations to Nottinghamshire who won the event beating us by 1½ points overall.
We lay in 1st place after a fantastic 2nd day. We displayed a winning streak beating Lincolnshire 4-1 in the morning matches and Nottinghamshire 3-2 in the afternoon.

On the first day we lost 3-2 to Leics & Rutland on Monday afternoon after a good start beating Staffs 4-1 in the morning’s matches.

This year’s MNR County Week was hosted by Derbyshire. Five teams, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Shropshire & Staffordshire competed over 3 days at Burton – Upon- Trent GC.
