SLCGA needs an enthusiastic County secretary. We would love to hear from you if you would like to be part of Shropshire Ladies Golf Association executive committee.This is a voluntary role and would involve arranging meetings, planning agendas and taking and distributing minutes. You would be part of the Executive committee and would help in liaising between England Golf and the ladies and girls of golf clubs associated with Shropshire. You would be a point of contact for EG and be required to forward items sent by them to SLCGA and also be a contact for ladies and girls, passing queries to the appropriate officer or committee member. You would also help with the smooth running of County affairs.
The SLCGA secretary will be a member of a golf club associated with SLCGA and preference would be given to ladies who have had experience on the SLCGA committee, now or in the past, but if you feel able to help with this role and do not have experience of SLCGA committee work, help and assistance will be given to allow you to fulfil this role.
