SLCGA Ladies 4BBB Pairs Open competition was held at Bridgnorth GC. There were 36 teams of two from 13 different clubs.

Results : 1st Hazel Hemsley & Rose Morgan (Bridgnorth GC) – 41 points. 2nd Jean Brayshay & Kim Lumley (Worfield GC) -41 points. 3rd Sue Pigeon & Jackie Short (Wrekin & Shifnal) – 41 points. 4th Sue Nichols & Jane Challinor (Church Stretton GC) – 40 points. 5th Alison Grove & Sue Holmyard (Bridgnorth GC) – 40 points.

All Prize winners with County President, Olive Brown.

Nearest the pin on the 9th and the only two on the day – Margaret Thompson (Bridgnorth GC). Longest drive on the 12th – Sue Nichols (Church Stretton GC).
