A team of 11 girls travelled to Stourbridge Golf Club today to take part in the annual match against Worcestershire and Hereford named in memory of Jessica Smith.
The Scratch team of Lauren Crump, Katie Halliday, Izzy Negron Jennings, Katelyn Wilkie, Abby Birchall and Sophie Brothwood secured a fantastic 51/2 -1/2 victory to win the trophy for the first time since 2013.
This fantastic achievement was backed up by the handicap team of Jess Warren, Seren Ramsey, Lily Griffiths, Lucy Crump and Denni Coleman playing in a friendly match and winning 31/2 – 1/1/2.
