The Senior Ladies played in the first ever Senior match against a very strong, experienced Derbyshire Senior Ladies’ team at Kedleston Park. The result was a disappointing loss for Shropshire of 7-1 but the matches were closer than the final result would suggest. The matches were all played in true sporting style and it is hoped that this will become a permanent fixture in the Senior diary.
