A debut team of 5 junior golfers played their first County Scratch match today at Telford Golf Club (Saturday 4 May). The team of Lily Griffiths (The Shropshire), Lucy Crump (Hill Valley), Denni Coleman (Llanymynech), Aliyah Summer (Bridgnorth) and Gangotri Skariah (The Shropshire) faced Derbyshire in their first outing for the junior scratch team. All the girls fought all the way and played some excellent golf, but found Derbyshire a very tough opponent giving us a 3 -1 loss. Well done to all the girls.
