The semi-final and final knockout stages of the Senior Ladies County Championship took place at Ludlow. Both matches were played in very good spirit. Anne Weetman (Llanymynech) beat Ros Moor (Shifnal) on the 19th hole whilst Ann Peters (Shifnal) beat Jan Sheargold (The Shropshire) 5 & 4. The afternoon final resulted in Anne beating Ann 3 & 2. Anne now celebrates the fact that over the years she has won all our Ladies Championships:- Junior, Ladies & Seniors. Well done! Thanks go to the caddies, supporters and Ludlow Golf Club for hosting the event.
