The County Junior Scratch team played their final match against Lincolnshire who fielded a very strong team and although the girls battled hard we lost 3-2. After Notttinghamshire drew with Staffordshire on the day, this meant that we were tied in first place to win the MNR scratch league, both counties with 7 points. The result was decided on the games won over the season and we just lost out to Nottinghamshire by 3.5 games! However it is a fantastic achievement for the girls to finish in second place and we are all very proud of them:
